Abstract

Reflections on the circle of persons who can valid conclude an matrimonial contract until the registration of marriage In this study we will analyze the significance of the terms „people who want to get married” and „future husbands” used by the legislator in the Family Code. We will also analyze the concepts „plighted lovers” and „concubines”, which, although not included in family law, are meeting in the legal and social order of the RM. The necessity of such a study is required in the context of determining the time frame in which the parties may agree on the contents of the matrimonial contractual regime, and the numbers of people who can valid sign a matrimonial contract until the registration of the marriage
