Abstract

The aim of the article is to discuss the issue of the legal relations between the vicar forane and the clerics of the vicariate forane. The first part deals with the vicar forane’s care for the suitable spiritual life of the clerics. The second part outlines the vicar forane’s duties concerning the formation of the clerics, while the third section concerns the vicar forane’s attitude towards the clerics experiencing difficult situations. The fourth section discusses the issue of the vicar forane’s care for the suitable ministry service of the vicariate forane’s clerics
