This research focuses on securitization, which involves issuing securities backed by assets, debts, mortgages, future receivables, or future cash flows. It particularly examines future flows securitizations, an important area of securitization that is well-suited for investors in developing countries due to its mechanism and nature. This type of securitization is based on the future cash flows of corporations, enabling the issuance of debt instruments to corporations, individuals, and even countries. These instruments, such as bonds, are repaid from the future receivables of the projects financed through this process. The research reviews the subject literature and theoretical framework, and then applies a model to health institutions in Iraq. The goal is to design a pattern that enables these institutions, or any other organization, to meet their financial needs for future expansion or other purposes. The research concludes with several findings and recommendations. The research aims to identify the nature and amounts of cash flows and propose mechanisms for institutions to obtain necessary financing for future expansions, new projects, or other purposes. The study included several conclusions and recommendations.
