Focus groups: A development experience of autonomy in women University Professional East

Abstract

A synthesis of the theoretical-methodological foundations of astrategy of the psychological intervention is presented with groupof women’s reflection, applied to promote the development of theautonomy in professionals of a scientific center of the Universityof Oriente. Their results allow to characterize the obstacles andopportunities for the autonomous development in their identitysenses.
