The main goal of this work was to identify the didactic and teaching practice aspects of the superior education teacher under the perception of the students in the Course of Biologic Sciences. It was applied a questionnaire that focused the aspects of education strategies, behaviors and attitudes of the professor in classroom. Were analyzed 69 questionnaires, and the answers had indicated that the majority of the classes was oral-expositive, however the students prefer lessons with discussion and debates. The students gave emphasis to the content domain, considering it the most important component for the good teacher, also the use of different teaching strategies and the teacher-student relationship. It was observed that the notes of the students corroborate to the available bibliographical references on the teaching-learning process and didactics, especially, when they disaccorded that the superior didactics is thought as something to “knowing to teach”. It was observed that the pedagogical practices could be changed to improve the teaching-learning and the motivation of the students. This study had great importance in the survey of the main questions that occur daily in the classroom and the characteristics that the good professor would have to acquire.
