In the present work we analyse the disproportionate damage caused by the cyborg phenomenon to human nature by attending the res ipsa loquitur rule, or the thing speaks for itself. On the one hand, we base what we call human nature by referring to the equal human gifts, necessary to fulfil vital functions. On the other hand, this rule links the result caused on the thing with the lex artis of a profession, hence, for its legal analysis, we have chosen the health field.
