Avant-propos à la traduction de Nietzsche philosophe
Abstract
We offer readers one of the very first books to appear on Nietzsche, and certainly the first to attempt to show that Nietzsche is a genuine “philosopher”. Why was Nietzsche not considered a philosopher by many of his contemporaries? And in what sense can he nonetheless be declared a philosopher? These are the questions addressed in this essay by Hans Vaihinger, one of the very few Neo-Kantians to take an interest in Nietzsche’s work.
