Abstract

This article deals with problems of innovation in the environmental and legal aspects. Considered priorities for state policy in Ukraine, where the question of environmental safety in all spheres of society, including innovation. Particularly noteworthy on the innovative development of Ukraine and innovative products matching the requirements of environmental legislation.
