基于滴油润滑的摩托车传动链磨损特性的研究
Abstract
The road tests of transmission chain for motor cycle with periodic lubrication showed that the main wear mechanism was abrasive wear, accompanied with fatigue wear;That under abrasive wear mechanism , both morphology of wear surface and wear resistance could be improved with high surface hardness of bush and pin, reasonable matching of carburized layer’s depth and center hardness, low micro-hardness gradient and fine metallography of carburized layer and center.
