CEO role in adult education plans with a hint on adult education plan in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of adult education and its basics. In particular it explains the role of the CEO in applying the education plans, his educational tasks and managerial tasks. Also the article presents the most common problem that faces the project with suggested solution.
