One case of anti-glomerular basement membrane disease with serum circulating antibodies tested by ELISA to be negative

Abstract

病例资料患者,男,38岁,因"痰中带血1个月"于2018年7月12日入院。入院前1个月,患者无明显诱因出现暗红色血痰,量少,咳2～3口,不伴有发热、胸闷、气紧,于2018年6月7日到广元市人民医院门诊就诊,查胸部CT示双肺多发渗出灶,未予以处理。此后患者未再出现痰中带血,无明显不适
