The Space Conception and its Reflection in translation. The Case of the Translations from Italian into French of Works of the Graphic Novel type

Abstract

In our presentation we maintain that in evolution there has occurred a change of the conception referring to the representation of space in language. In order to prove this, we bring examples from translations from Romance languages (i.e. French and Italian) and we formulate the arguments taking examples from works of the Graphic Novel type.
