Ukrainian citizens in the Polish labor market

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the high demand of the Polish labor market for foreign labor, which is mainly solved by Ukrainian labor migration. This migration is mainly circular and short-term. The article considers the gender and age structure of labor migrants from Ukraine, the level of education, employment sectors, and working conditions.
