Currently, there are certain contradictions arising between the need to adapt personnel, both professional and psychological, occurring in conditions of unusually increased competition in the labor market and the absence of a systematic approach to adaptation. They are conrmed by the need to correlate between the personnel policy enterprises, generally applicable standards and formalized approaches to personnel work with personnel, without which it is signicantly reduced social, nancial, professional eectiveness of adaptation and their general administrative and organizational eect; between administrative and management system and insuciently developed scientic organization of these processes.
