The universalization of higher education in Cuba, an experience that demands accelerate the process of teacher training of teachers in local offices
Abstract
In this article it is carried out an analysis of the importance of Didactics in the solution of problems which are present in the teaching educational process in the Municipal University Headquarters that open up in Cuba in 2002 as a result of the process of Universal Approach to High Education, to guarantee full access at this level of Education. It emphasizes in the attention to the pedagogic preparation and the professionals' didactics, and in a special way, the priority that should be given to the development and improvement of the methodological work to discipline, career and year level, and to the generalization of results of research that have been developed in this country, also specifying, how much is missing in this direction in search of a bigger efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
