All of these factors are crucial for creating virtual teams that work well together. The findings obtained from a careful selection process and in-depth analysis of themes have important implications for both professionals and researchers. They contribute to the ongoing discussion on effective virtual teams and offer guidance for future research in the ever-changing field of remote work.
