WHAT WILL BE THE PATH OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY?

Abstract

The article discusses the impact of the global financial and economic crisis on Russian economy, its current state and growth trends. The reasons for absence of any significant positive shifts in switching to the upgrading (innovative) reproduction type are analyzed. It is being justified that the main problem is the existing system of economic relations, its institutional realization that does not incite (or even prevent) enterprisers’ interest in innovation.
