DISPOSITIVOS DE AVALIAÇÃO DE PROJECTOS EM TIC: uma experiência em Portugal
Abstract
Considering the relevance and development of a significant number of projects and programmes for the integration of ICT in school, the authors present an evaluating tool for ICT projects. Indeed, in the last years a significant number of countries, namely in the European Union, have developed programmes to the integration of ICT in the school's curricula and daily life. The presented methodology was designed based on the intervention/reflexion of the authors as members of the evaluation team of the Competence Centre of the University of Minho (CCUM), part of the Programme Nónio XXI Century, in Portugal, as well as on initiatives with teachers with decision responsibilities in the development of projects in schools. The text presents a methodology based on four fundamental main points of evaluation, integrating the several actors, the several moments, the several objects and the several instruments, focusing it on a referential perspective. By applying this methodology to the ICT projects in schools of the CCUM Nónio, the authors point out that the evaluation procedures should result from a reflexion on their own logic intrinsic to the idea of project.
