SYNTHESIS OF ZNO-CUXO NANOCOMPOSITE THROUGH SOL-GEL METHOD AND ITS STRUCTURE, PHASE COMPOSITION, AND OPTIC FEATURES

Abstract

The item dwells on the synthesis of ZnO-CuxO nanocomposite with the sol-gel method. The optimal conditions for the synthesis are described. There is also a view on the impact that the synthesis parameters have on the phase composition, the structure, the physical, and the optical features of the nanosize ZnO-CuxO composite.
