Abstract

This elaboration presents an innovative approach to strengthening close cooperation between universities (and their staff) with small and medium enterprises. The proposed project of symbiosis between industry and science proposed obtaining mutual benefits of such cooperation by providing industry with specific offer of access to knowledge and scientific potential, and on the other hand, financing of scientific researches, aiming at proper management through innovations. Taking the initiative and adaptation it to the conditions of Polish reality will have certainly an influence on the development of scientific management of small and medium-sized enterprises, which are seeking ever new possibilities of development.
