Highlights 1. The expression of circTRIM28 was upregulated in BC. 2. Silencing circTRIM28 enhanced tamoxifen sensitivity and cell apoptosis, whereas curbed cell proliferation, cell migration and invasion in BC cells. 3. CircTRIM28 expedited BC by targeting miR-409-3p. 4. MiR-409-3p repressed BC by retarding HMGA2.
