Determinação de comportamento negativo pelo Pentáculo do Bem-Estar e as variáveis preditivas de saúde
Abstract
In order to identify tools to evaluate the risk of developing diseases caused by negative lifestyle, the literature has pointed out numerous instruments of evaluation among these is the PBE. The aim of this study was to relate the classification of the lifestyle obtained through PBE with the variables that predict risk of disease development and with the components of individual physical fitness. Were evaluated 108 physically active women aged 19 to 39 years. The evaluated ones were submitted to an anamnesis, hemodynamic evaluation, anthropometric measures, body composition procedure and neuromuscular and cardiorespiratory tests. The results showed that the anthropometric parameters, body mass index (BMI) and waist height (RCE) and neuromuscular (abdominal resistance) presented statistically significant values (p<0.05), as well as BMI and RCE showed a correlation with the classification obtained by the PBE. As the conclusion, the EBP classified in different ways individuals with different lifestyle profiles and indicating a relationship with the state of risk for the development of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases expressed by the variables, mainly morphological, used as predictors of risk that was different between the two groups.
