Spontaneous healing in maxillary fungus ball: Beware of asymptomatic patients

Abstract

Abstract Incidentally diagnosed, asymptomatic, paranasal fungus ball might occasionally undergo spontaneous healing. Accurate preoperative workup may avoid unnecessary surgical or anesthesiological procedures.
