THE PRESENCE OF A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE, A TEACHER AND A DEFENCE LAWYER DURING PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDINGS IN A CRIMINAL CASE INVOLVING A JUVENILE ACCUSED OR A SUSPECT

Abstract

The article discusses the requirement of specialization of the participants of the juvenile cases. It analyses the possibilities of selection in the Collegium of defence lawyers the most skilled ones to protect minors accused. The author sugests that it is necessary to replace dysfunctional parents in the process of pre-trial proceedings and judicial review by other legal representatives.
