Abstract
This paper deals with organizational control as a system and with the main difficulties associated with this conception. It has three parts: an analysis of the definition of organizational control, the description of the basic structures of the control system, and the explanation of the systemic, behavioral and political barriers that hamper integral understanding of organizational control.Este artículo trata sobre el control organizacional entendido como un sistema ylas principales dificultades que acarrea esta concepción. Consta de tres partes: elanálisis de la definición de control organizacional, la descripción de la estructurabásica del sistema de control y la explicación de las barreras sistémicas, conductualesy políticas que dificultan la comprensión integral del control organizacional.
