Nursing management for enhanced recovery after liver transplantation in a patient with cavernous transformation of the portal vein (1例成人门静脉海绵样变性患者行肝移植的加速康复护理)

Abstract

This paper reviewed the clinical data of a hepatocellular carcinoma (BCLC stage A) patient with hepatitis C virus-related cirrhosis, cavernous transformation of the portal vein and portal hypertension, and summarized the nursing management for enhanced recovery after liver transplantation. Pre-rehabilitation interventions such as risk assessment, nutritional care and infection prevention were carried out after hospital admission. After surgery, a bundle strategy in prevention of rejection reaction, bacterial infection, fungal infection, virus infection and coagulation was carried out. Nursing management, discharge instruction and follow-up education were carried out based on the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery. (本文报道1例肝细胞癌(BCLC A期)、丙肝肝硬化、门静脉海绵样变性、门静脉高压症的患者肝移植术加速康复护理病例。入院充分评估, 行营养护理和预防感染等预康复措施, 完善术前准备; 术后严密观察病情, 做好“五抗”, 即抗排斥反应、抗细菌感染、抗真菌感染、抗病毒感染及抗凝血护理, 运用加速康复外科理念, 促进术后康复, 给予出院指导及随访宣教。)
