Perfection of Strategic Management of the Service Sphere Development Совершенствование стратегического управления развитием сферы услуг
Abstract
The article reveals and justifies principles of creation and functioning of the system of strategic management of the service sphere development. It justifies theoretical provisions of formation of the composition of technological elements of the system of strategic management of prospective development of the service sphere. It reveals and analyses resource and competitive specific features of long-term development. It identifies the composition of strategies of economic growth by means of internal factors and justifies selection of an alternative strategy of the service sphere. It justifies selection of the strategy of economic growth by means of external resource provision of development of components of the service sphere. It justifies expediency of application of outsourcing as a tool of external management of types of the current activity and achievement of strategic goals of economic subjects and components of the service sphere.В статье раскрыты и обоснованы принципы создания и функционирования системы стратегического управления развитием сферы услуг. Обоснованы теоретические положения формирования состава технологических элементов системы стратегического управления перспективным развитием сферы услуг. Выявлены и проанализированы ресурсные и конкурентные особенности долгосрочного развития. Определен состав стратегий экономического роста за счет внутренних факторов и обоснован выбор альтернативной стратегии сферы услуг. Обоснован выбор стратегии экономического роста за счет внешнего ресурсного обеспечения развития составляющих сферы услуг. Обоснована целесообразность применения аутсорсинга как инструмента внешнего управления видами текущей деятельности, достижения стратегических целей субъектов хозяйствования и составляющих сферы услуг.
