Objectives: The aim of present study, was the comparison of effect of two methods of aerobic training on simple and choice reaction time in inactive elderly mens. Methods & Materials: 37 people with aged over 60 who were physically healthy, after pretest randomly divided into three groups: 1) walking or running Aerobic exercise groups(n = 12), 2) training bike rides group(n=13) and 3)control group (n=12). Then groups 1 and 2, participated in experimental study that was 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week (one day of rest in between each two-session training) and each session 45 minutes in walking or jogging aerobic training and bike aerobic training with 60 percent of maximum heart rate intensity. Group 3 (control) during the project, to be paid their daily activities and did not perform certain exercise training. After the training period, all subjects participated in the posttest session. simple and choice reaction time was measured from the electrical device. to examine the effect of exercise on the dependent variables and differences between groups, one-way covariance analysis (ANCOVA) was used. Results: findings showed that both exercise training programs in experimental groups in research, compared with control group significantly improved simple and choice reaction time of subjects. Also The results showed that there is no significant difference between two experimental groups of research in progress simple and choice reaction time test. Conclusions: According to the The results, suggest that educators, organizations and institutions that deal with the elderly, use The bike and walking exercise to reduce risk of fall in them
