Surgical approach to restoring reproductive function in patients with tumors ovarian

Abstract

Operated 923 patients with benign ovarian tumors. Organ-operative treatment with subsequent post-operative therapy helped restore have 70 patients (7,58% ± 0,008). Among the 24 patients (34,28% ±€0,05) with the primary infertility and 44 (62,86% ± 0,05) with secondary.
