Application of Intelligent Permanent Magnet Direct Drive System of Belt Conveyor in Majialiang Coal Mine

Abstract

Majialiang Coal Industry Company adopts the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system in No.14208 fully mechanized caving face in view of the characteristics of long conveying distance and large volume of belt conveyor. The system hardware configuration and process design are analyzed. The whole structure of the system is expounded, and the working principle of the intelligent control system and the programmable controller are described in detail. The operation characteristics of the frequency converter system and the permanent magnet synchronous motor as well as the logical relationship with the controller are analyzed, and the precise speed regulation and stable operation of the belt conveyor are realized with the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system.
