Perianal Bowen's disease: presentation of two patients

Abstract

The Bowen's disease is not very common. It consists of an intraepithelial carcinoma of squamous cells. The perianal localization is unusual and a wide local resection with oncological margin is the appropriate treatment, with or without skin graft.
