THE ISSUE OF PROPERTY RIGHT ACQUISITION FOR THE SUSPENDED CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS IN THE MODERN RUSSIAN CIVIL LAW

Abstract

Under the modern economic relations the real estate construction became massive, which caused problems with involving the suspended construction objects into the civil circulation. The author views the Conception of the Russian Civil Legislation Development, the Project of the federal law on making changes in the Russian Civil Code, scientific research on the theme, and makes conclusions on the following disputable issue: on the notion of real estate and suspended construction objects, on the moments of accrual and termination of existence of a suspended construction object, on a suspended construction object as an object of civil-legal deals, on the essence of state registration at the property right acquisition for the suspended construction objects.
