Managing a football club involves the efficient coordination of numerous functions and activities to achieve success both on the field and at the organizational level. This paper examines the key aspects of sports management within a football club, including financial planning, human resource administration, strengthening relationships with fans and sponsors, and implementing sports marketing strategies. Additionally, it explores technological innovation, such as the use of data analytics and digital platforms to optimize performance and enhance fan engagement. The paper also addresses the main challenges faced by managers in navigating an increasingly competitive environment, including performance pressure, financial fluctuations, and maintaining an authentic brand identity. It proposes innovative solutions and presents case studies highlighting best practices, emphasizing long-term sustainability and adaptation to changes in the global sports industry. The study offers an integrated perspective on how a football club can evolve into a successful organization, capable of inspiring and creating value for both its supporters and the wider community.
