An integrated model of the system of territorial communities innovative development management
Abstract
The integrated model of the system of innovative development management of territorial communities is considered and . To form of the integrated model of the system of innovative development management of territorial communities it is offered to use the approach, which takes into account management features at the level of municipal units, specific of terms, which are created on a background of the processes of decentralization and association of , development of the program-oriented approach, collaboration of , civil competences of their members, based on approaches and models, offered in our previous researches on this problems. To determine functions, which must be realized an innovative management to receive the result on the basis of present innovative potential the investigated process is presented in three-dimensional space with co-ordinates «innovative potential – process of innovative management – innovative result». The integrated model of the system of innovative development management of territorial communities the effect of management through realization of the proper functions, and also gives the integral picture of processes, resources, infrastructure of innovative activity, that form an innovative for of the proper strategies of development.
