Centralism and Decentralism in Federal Relations: Problems of the Parity of Principles

Abstract

The article analyses the priorities of the principles of centralism and decentralism in the structure of federal relations. The authors consider the problem of regions political subjectivity and centralism model of federal relations, as the reflection characteristics of the present stage of development of Russian statehood.
