Study of the Influence of the Dental System Pathology on the Cerebral Blood Circulation

Abstract

In Europe currently a quarter of the population suffers from brain diseases. In Russia cerebrovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death and disability. Cerebral stroke annually develops in 450 thousand peoples (about one case per minute), and one-third of them died during the acute course of the disease. Cerebral stroke incidence for people older than 50–55 years is increased twice for each subsequent decade of life. For young people, insult is dramatically increased due to the influence of various unfavorable factors of life. This disease has a variety of causes. This report analyzes the impact of diseases of dental system.
