THE INTERACTION OF RUSSIA WITH THE UNITED NATIONS ECONOMIC COMMISSION FOR EUROPE IN THE AREA OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the interaction of Russia with the United Nations European Economic Commission in the area of public-private partnerships.A number of the article provisions: on the importance of public-private partnership (PPP) for the internal economic development of the country, on the necessity of amending the codes and regulations, with the objective of enhancing the use of PPP’s in Russia, on the activities carried out by the specia-lized bodies for the adoption of the PPP law and the training of specialists, cooperation with the United Nations European Economic Commission on the proliferation of the world practice of PPP in the CIS – have the scientific novelty.The paper is exploratory in nature, reflected in the perspective directions of development of Russia’s relations with the UNECE PPP.
