Stroke and Metabolic Acidosis

Abstract

This article is offered for discussion. A case of a 59-year-old woman with sudden loss of consciousness is presented. Cerebral computed tomography revealed intracerebral hemorrhage,in postoperative of surgical drainage of the hematoma, she had severe metabolic acidemia without apparent cause.
