Abstract

In the legislation of Allah to facilitate for the people in their transactions and if Allah Almighty has forbidden usury and monopoly and fraud and eat people's money unjustly, and forbidden contracts in which ignorance or gambling, and forbade it to be a general rite, but it is a mercy from God, and to facilitate for the people, and lifting the embarrassment for them may come out of the general prohibition of behaviour and it is allowed despite the existence of the wisdom of prohibition. When the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade the sale of bad and what is resulting in risk, he peace be upon him excluded (the seller's delivery of the price to the buyer before receiving the goods).
