Today, knowledge plays a fundamental role in achieving the goals of the organization and gaining competitive advantage. KM is the management of the hidden assets of the organization, and this process involves the creation, acquisition, storage, dissemination, sharing and use of knowledge, which is evident in the context of knowledge management. For this reason, managers are expected to have a profound understanding of organizational change and enhance the performance of organizations through investing in knowledge-based projects. On the other hand, one can ensure that knowledge in the organization is properly managed so that individuals learn from the knowledge of the organization at an appropriate level. Therefore, the most important step in this regard is to examine different knowledge management models and identify knowledge management factors in order to improve learning. Therefore, the present article examines models and identifies knowledge management factors in improving students' learning in technical and vocational training units.
