Median arcuate ligament syndrome masquerading as mesenteric angina

Abstract

Abstract Patients with recurrent unclear causes of postprandial abdominal pain should have median arcuate ligament syndrome as a differential diagnosis which is thought to be caused by celiac artery compression. Diagnosis is by imaging such as CT angiography.
