Introduction: Rasamanikya is a most acquainted Rasaushadhi containing Haratala. Ayurveda vaidya often uses in Vata-Kaphaja Vikaras such as Shwasa (asthma), Kasa (cough), and Kusta (skin disorders). As it has good clinical results, so currently it has high demand in pharma market. Various methods of preparation are mentioned in Rasa classics; hence, three different pharmaceutical procedures were selected to accord technological evidence and analytical study that includes the physicochemical analysis of the ingredients and the finished products, so the present study was entitled as “Analytical Screening on Rasamanikya Prepared by Different Pharmaceutical Methods.” Methods: Kushmanda swarasa and Amla dadhi Shodhita Patra Haratala. Methods: (1) Preparation of Rasamanikya by Abhraka Patra method; (2) preparation of Rasamanikya by Valuka Yantra; and (3) preparation of Rasamanikya by glass bulb method. Later, all the samples of Rasamanikya were subjected to analytical studies. Results: All the samples of Rasamanikya were in the amorphous form due to loss of crystallinity. Sudden cooling of molten solids converts it into amorphous solids. The detailed analytical study and observation were documented. Conclusion: All three pharmaceutical procedures produce the good ruby-colored Rasamanikya. The first two products having arsenic percentage within pharmacopoeial standards, but the third one is below the limit. However, all other tests are within the standards. All the samples of Rasamanikya were in the amorphous form due to loss of crystallinity.
