Qualitative and quantitative study of the relationship between spirituality, happiness and professional Capability of faculty members
Abstract
The aim of this study to was explore the relationship between spirituality with happiness and the professional ability of the faculty members at Payame Noor University, Shahreza Branch. The method was descriptive- correlational study and study population included 150 faculty members. The calculated sample size was 108 participants who were randomly selected. In this study, three questionnaires of spirituality in the workplace of Milimin, Oxford happiness and empowerment of Espertezer were used for the quantitative method. Findings showed positive and significant relationship between spirituality and happiness and as well as the happiness and capabilities (P=0.5). Observed F showed significant differences based on gender, faculty members in the spirituality and happiness, based on history served on the faculty of spirituality and empowerment, based on scientific degree in the faculty of divinity, power and happiness on the basis of age in the ability of faculty indicated at p≤.05.
