Abstract
The research presents at people's willingness to pay for the clean water supply in the city of Cao Lanh Dong Thap province. Through a survey of 172 random samples are taken for the households ussing water from the water supply system of the city's High Consul. The results showed that seven independent variables have an impact, on the dependent variable is the willingness to pay (WTP): educational level of household head, household size, total income, household address, number of people having a job, water supply and environmental awareness of the household. From the research results, the subject suggests some policies such as adjusting clean water price differentiated by urban and rural areas, raising people's awareness on the environment by educational propaganda, increasing educational levels of local people, combining the relevant agencies and sectors to reduce the poverty rate, and creating more jobs for people to raise the number of workers in the family; .....
