O SUBSTRATO ORAL EM TRÊS NARRATIVAS DE TUTAMÉIA, DE JOÃO GUIMARÃES ROSA
Abstract
We examine three tales of Tutamia, written by Joo Guimares Rosa: Joo Porm, o criador de perus, Os trs homens e o boi dos trs homens que inventaram um boi and Tapiiraiauara, respectively, the sixteenth, twenty-fifth and thirty-fifth narratives. We observe the uses that the author makes of elements coming from a spoken culture, the transmission and reinvention of a popular literature, its oral performance, enunciation and dissemination; so, we yearn to understand how the author lends credibility and believability to what is taught through the oral manifestation.
