The objective of this paper is analyze the Structural Decomposition (SDA) of the employment variation between thirty sectors of the aggregate demand, to the years 2000 and 2009 about the employment variation per educational level in Brazil. From this analyze it is possible to verify the intensity effect, technological effect, final demand structural effect and final demand variation effect. Was used the input-output matrix taked out from NEREUS and RAIS. The period analyzed showed an increase of the qualified labor, but this increase do not followed the generation of work stations. Public administration is the sector that most employs all educational a salary levels at the fundamental level. The sector in focus is civil construction and services, moving to commerce at the middle level, and public administration itself at the top level.
