Objective: To evaluate the pressure levels of the individuals attended in a nursing outpatient clinic in a higher education institution. Methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive and retrospective observational study, through the analysis of records from patients from August 2011 to December 2015 at the Nursing Outpatient Clinic (Unicuidar) of Centro Universitário de Anápolis - UniEvangelica, considering Pubic care, sex, age, and blood pressure levels. Results: A total of 5,723 patient records were analyzed, showing that there was a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0003) showing that women seek more care in health services. The same occurred in relation to the age group (p = 0.0001), being more frequent from 21 to 40 years (41.2%) involving both academics and employees. The employees (46%) are the category that most seeks the services offered (p = 0.0001). Regarding pressure levels, it was observed that the majority (75%) of participants were normotensive (p = 0.0001). Conclusion: UniCuidar contributes to the development of skills, behaviors and attitudes for critical and reflexive analysis between Interfaces of theoretical and practical knowledge, providing more opportunities for academics, professional and technical-scientific training in the training of future nurses. New research should be carried out with the purpose of verifying the scope of the UniCuidar service in the care of the individuals who seek it.
