State Grid Corporation is comprehensively promoting the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things. Power wireless private network is the important wireless access network. The research and application of new intelligent terminal is the important construction content. According to the business needs of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, this paper developed the power wireless private network telecommunication terminals. The functional design and development were introduced respectively from the system architecture, hardware, and software. The key design and parameters were tested to verify the performance. The power user electric data acquire business was selected to test the service adaptation and business function of the terminal. The results showed that the telecommunication terminal can meet the requirements of the standard specification, and can bear the power user electric data acquire business.
