Although human pluripotent stem cell culture is routine, daily media changes, high cost of growth factors required in pluripotent cell media, and reproducibility of differentiation are an obstacle for the mass production of hPSCs. Here, Torizal et al. describe a cost-effective dialysis-culture system for human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) at a high density.
