With the development of China's subways to the urban area, the construction and interval length had been continuously increasing, revealing the fire smoke spread characteristic in the interval is profound significance for evacuation and rescue. When the subway train fire, the fire dynamics simulator (FDS) was used to analyze the ceiling temperature and velocity field, and 2 m height visibility changes in different carriage fire scenarios. The results showed that the distribution law of the ceiling temperature and velocity field is the same for different subway carriages fire. It was suggested that the 2 m height visibility changes should be considered first in the actual engineering design and research. For the critical danger time, the value of the evacuation platform is lower than that of the rail area. According to the standard of 10 m visibility, the regularity of upstream and downstream fire source was the same; according to the standard of visibility of 5 m, the upstream and downstream of the fire source had certain differences. The research results provide support for the formulation of operation safety management-related norms and guidelines in long-distance interval.
